Waiting. Soooooo much waiting. If you're flying somewhere, you likely plan ahead for the waiting part of the trip. Do the same with your home selling or buying. Some thoughts here....

Real estate photography. Sometimes it's loved and sometimes it's maligned. Or slightly distrusted. Ours is beautiful but not everyone agrees.

If you ask $7 for a bag of milk, it is now worth $7? Think about that house that has a crazy asking price. Emphasis on asking price. Just like $7 milk, it may not be worth it.
