We can't stress it enough...the PRE-LISTING period before going on the market is arguably the most important time. Kind of like checking your parachute before you jump out of the plane...

Standing out amongst the crowd is huge. Particularly if the crowd is larger than you'd like it to be. If you're home is 1 of 27 like it, you need to find a way to stand out and accentuate the positive.
