Couldn't have been happier with our experience with Patrick and the B-team. Especially in such a sellers market, when houses seem to sell themselves they still went above and beyond to make sure we were in a position to do as well as we possibly could with our sale. They did the research and prices it fair. They cleaned, staged, took amazing photos and video, and made sure we got as many people through to see it as we could. We had already moved out of town to begin new jobs during the weekdays, so he even came and cut the grass to make sure it was in tip top shape for showings! Couldn't have asked for more. And the icing on the cake was that they did so much more than a lot of other Realtors do, and for a commission that is less than many others I know of. I could not recommend them highly enough!
