Growth in any form requires an adjustment. An internal audit of sorts of how we do what we do. More importantly, why we aren’t doing what we should be doing. What are we doing well? Why aren’t we doing the things that we know we should be doing?

And the foundation of it all, our client. Are we truly increasing our ability to service our clients’ needs? In terms of plate spinning, we as individuals or organizations can only spin so many at a time. Eventually some will wobble, fall and break unless we figure out how to spin more tomorrow than we are today.

It has been just about 6 months since we expanded our plate spinning capabilities. With growth comes change, advancement, progress and all associated goodness. What started as a partnership back in 2006 has slowly but surely grown into an efficient, well balanced and fulfilling operation. Now, with our latest addition of Liana Romano, a fully Licensed Realtor, we are now at a level we were not at a year earlier.

More plates are spinning!
