How does parking work?  The suite includes 1 exterior parking space. There are additional spots available for a fee for both outside (available) and underground (waiting list). 


Is there storage?  Absolutely! The suite comes with a secure and separate storage locker. 


How is it heated & cooled?  The heating is natural gas hot water radiant. The cooling is from an in-wall air conditioning unit. Take comfort in the fact that those units have come a long way over the years and are quite effective! 


What are the condo rules?  All condos should be purchased with your lawyer reviewing the status certificate. This is a 100 page +/- document that outlines the rules & regs, financial statement, voting and governmental procedures, future anticipated expenditures, reserve fund study and several other riveting pieces of literature! :) We would be to provide you with a copy.
