Virtual Tours - Whenever possible, we will bring in a professional photographer and Virtual Tour company to take photos and panoramic shots of your home, both inside and out. These professional photographs will be used across the board for all marketing. We feel strongly that the first impression a buyer experiences when looking at your home whether on a brochure or online, is critical. The individuals coming in are all different. The ability of the agent to realize and recognize that by nature, we all react differently when walking through someone else's home is important. Furthermore, some homes require open houses. If a home looks ok from the outside but is a knock-out inside, our job is to get potential buyers through the door. We will also insert an insert with our site as well. These days, we often get inquiries from people who drive past, look at the home on their Blackberry and then email us directly from the site.
